These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to and use of the websites, software platforms, and services provided by Early Intervention Systems, Inc. (“EIS”, “we”, “our”, or “us”), including the JUNIE platform.
By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
EIS provides the JUNIE platform, a software system designed to support communication, task coordination, and operational workflows in senior living, healthcare, and residential care environments.
Services may include:
Use of certain services may require execution of a Master Services Agreement (“MSA”), Order Form, Statement of Work (“SOW”), or Business Associate Agreement (“BAA”).
Customer organizations are responsible for authorizing users, managing user roles and permissions, and maintaining credential security.
Customers retain ownership of all data submitted to the platform and are responsible for its accuracy and compliance.
EIS may use aggregated and de-identified data to improve services.
EIS is not responsible for third-party systems or integrations.
Services may be interrupted due to maintenance or external factors.
All platform rights remain the property of EIS.
Services are provided “as is” without warranties.
EIS is not liable for indirect damages or data loss.
These Terms are governed by Delaware law.
Terms may be updated periodically. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
